My wife and I have the iPhone 12 pro and both phones drop calls all the time in and around our home. It doesn't help to do WiFi calling nor did the LTE Extender help. I've called Verizon and was told someone would be looking into it and call me back within 7-10 days. It's been that and then some. This is critical! If I or my wife needed to call 911 and the call drops, what then? I've polled the neighbors around me and everyone complains about dropped calls with Verizon. It's very frustrating that Verizon will not do anything to resolve this issue.

Initial email asking to go private and then nothing. Why can't verizon fix this issue?
The verizon agent most likely sent you a private message. To see if you have a private message there will be a number on top of the envelope at the top right corner of your page. clicking on the envelope will take you to your private messages.
