My iPhone randomly goes into SOS, different locations and is completely random. This is extremely frustrating frequently dropping calls and having to go into airplane mode and off to get reconnected. On very important work calls and just drop calls to SOS. This has been ongoing for sometime and I canโt have this keep happening. Any ideas on a resolution?

This happened my daughters iPhone. We ordered from online and it came with a virtual sims card.
In settings under cellular she had primary and cellular data on.
this is our conversation:
I reset her phone again and only put her personal on and turned off her primary and cellular data since she only needs one of them on. I tried the esim but it wasnโt giving me an option to input any numbers.
The no service was coming from the cellular data that was turned on but didnโt have any reason to be on since you only have the SIM card for the primary number.
After all that her phone works now. Iโll update if for some reason it says sos again.
I hope you get yours fixed!
