I too received only $36 for my IPhone 4S which was in perfect condition and I followed all the directions when turning it in. When I got my spalling gift card tonight, I called #611 and asked for customer service. I spoke with Shirlene, and once she understood that I would be filing a report with the police for fraud and starting a change.org petitition and contacting the local news and contacting Daniel Mead, the CEO of Verizon Wireless, she immediately promised me the rest of my credit back. She then transferred me to the trade in department. Javon explained that there was a glitch with find my phone that made it appear as though we hadn't closed out of it correctly. We would all be getting refunds within 72 hours of 7:57 11/7/14 central time. He gave me a direct number to follow up with them on, it's  877-835-2024
