Hey Zaing-3, we are sorry to hear that you purchased a device that was blacklisted in your home country. The only recourse you would have would be to contact the seller of the device, as only the original owner can have the device unlocked. You can view our device unlocking policy here: https://www.verizon.com/support/device-unlocking-policy/

The Verizon unlock device policy states that a device needs to be active on a Verizon account for 60 days so that it will be unlocked. ~Peter

But the device esn is not clean . It’s. Imei status is blacklisted by Verizon . I had purchased in pakistan brand new . But it’s from usa first . And someone who bought there didn’t paying their loan so Verizon blacklisted it and Carrier locked . But I have no link with its blockage I had paid full amount of it in my country after activation I came to know it’s blocked by Verizon. So Verizon should help me and unlock my device so I can use it freely and can use SIM card 🙏
