incoming calls immediately transfer to private in my car

After the last big upgrade, (I think version 10), all incoming calls on my Bluetooth hands-free in my car immediately transfer to private.  As if that is not annoying enough, after the last upgrade I installed Saturday, (I think version 10.1.1), now in addition  to incoming calls going to private, all outgoing calls automatically switch to private. I have an IPhone 6S.

Don't tell me it's the car because I had 0 issues with this before the upgrades.  So very annoyed; always a big problem after an upgrade.  After all these years as an Apple customer, I am ready to switch if this can't be resolved!

Def sounds annoying. I'd suggest posting in the Apple Community as well. They often pull issues from their forums to fix. I'd suggest posting the make/model of the car... and also mentioning the version of the infotainment system.. assuming its a newer car and you can pull this up on the screen in the car.
