My verizon account uses an incorrect email and an unknown pin.
Any attempt to update and correct info requires unknown pin and any verification is sent to incorrect email that i cannot access. Results in a loop that I am unable to do anything. Live chat or human on telephone asks for PIN that i don't have.
Noel-z I'm sorry to learn you are having issues with the PIN verification. The 4 digit PIN is one that you would set up. Is this a new account? Do you have a working phone?
