ios update on iphone 4

after i did my ios update on my iphone 4 I went to my music app and all songs that i had downloaded has a cloud with an arrow pointing down beside each song. when i click on the cloud a message pops up and tells me that cellular charges may apply. am i going to have to pay for all my music again?

No you wont, that is just the symbol to download the song bc it is saved to your iCloud...its just saying that if you have like a limited data plan, such as the share everything, it will take some of that data away with your download

Also, if you have access to WiFi, you would be better off doing your Cloud downloads while on WiFi.
