My iphone 14 Pro will not connect to my Verizon 4G LTE network extender. We have tried everything, but #48 says, the iphone is not connected. What can I do to fix this issue?

We're sorry to hear that you're having the same issue with your iPhone 14 Pro Max and your network extender, SJuricak. It's difficult to have a blanket solution for this, given that we have some older network extenders out there that we are begining to retire. Let's take a closer look into this and help with a solution.
Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

It might help to identify the exact model of extender you have. The latest 4G LTE Network Extender is the ASK-SFE116 (sFemto3) and the previous one is the Samsung SLS-BU10B (SFemto2). My understanding is that the SLS-BU10B may be in the process of being retired.
