My iphone 14 Pro will not connect to my Verizon 4G LTE network extender. We have tried everything, but #48 says, the iphone is not connected. What can I do to fix this issue?

Oh, no! Dealing with technical issues can be a headache, especially if you cannot connect your Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max to the LTE Network Extender. We are here to help.

For more info on our LTE Network Extenders check out our FAQs: https://www.verizon.com/support/4g-lte-network-extender-faqs/.

It would be helpful to post the solution for this issue, I am having the same issue, cannot connect and #48 continues to confirm I am not connected.

We're sorry to hear that you're having the same issue with your iPhone 14 Pro Max and your network extender, SJuricak. It's difficult to have a blanket solution for this, given that we have some older network extenders out there that we are begining to retire. Let's take a closer look into this and help with a solution.

Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

It might help to identify the exact model of extender you have.  The latest 4G LTE Network Extender is the ASK-SFE116 (sFemto3) and the previous one is the Samsung SLS-BU10B (SFemto2).  My understanding is that the SLS-BU10B may be in the process of being retired.
