Hi,
I've been a LOYAL customer to Verizon for over a decade - probably longer if I go look.... i'm too frustrated to do that. I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max on 9-16. This order had a shipping date on 10-4. I specifically selected my iphone color,size, etc based on THAT shipping date.
I"ve been in 4 verizon chats and multiple other attempts to get an answer on a shipping date.
Every time I'm given a 'we are 'submitting the ticket on higher priority to get this fixed' - here's your ticket number #####.
Or my fav - 'we have successfully submitted the ticket to my team to get this issue fixed. Please wait for 2 hours and you will receive a confirmation text." Which is basically a way to just END the call/chat and get you off the line.
SERIOUSLY Verizon, just say you're using my 318.00 prepayment for my order without actually giving me a product. You didn't order enough iphones, you weren't prepared, and you don't care.
I live in WESTERN NC mountains. You aren't crediting my bill for the DAYS/WEEK without cell service. You are offering a way to move things along.
