iphone 5 won't receive calls.

I don't know what's going on. When people try to call me they say the phone on their side was ringing for 15-20 seconds before I even received notification of an incoming call. I have tried resetting my networks, nothing on "do not disturb", silent button is not on. I'm lost here. Anyone experience the same problem and know a fix? Smiley Sad

Let me see if I can help you find your way, xjObbax13x. Thanks for your efforts. Are you able to answer the call? Or are you missing calls? It's normal for the caller to hear a couple rings, before your phone rings on your end. Can you please provide a few more specifics about what's happening?
