iPhone 6 s plus won't charge to 100, gets too hot, drops calls and drains battery too fast; live chat showed same and told me to go to store to replace; instore they said it was and to go to apple but can't c apple due to new 7coming out so time slots; how do I get phone to work or actually ger replaced?; only 4 mo old
