I always purchase my phones directly from Apple. For some reason today, I received this message today when trying to purchase:
"We’re unable to contact your carrier to verify your account, but we can still proceed with your order. However, this iPhone will not be connected to a carrier plan. You can reach out to the carrier of your choice to finish activation later."
Our Verizon account is in good standing, does anyone know what the heck this means?? I am stumped!
