I am trying to figure out how to set my 11 yr olds phone so that it is only able to text, call in or out...No internet searching or going to things like snapchat and tik tok. She has been secretely doing this. I want her to have a cell phone, but not to look up anything as of right now..Thank you

Have you looked at subscribing to the Smart Family feature and using its options to restrict access on your child's phone?
Otherwise, you should consider switching the child's line to a basic phone.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Don't give your kid a smartphone if you don't want them to have smartphone features.

Hello beckyburge! We know it's important to be able to manage their phone, and we have great news. We have a service called Smart Family, which does allow you to block apps, Data, Wi-Fi, and includes other features like live location of his device. Here is a link with more information: https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/verizon-smart-family/ We hope this information helps.
