When we go outside into the garage or driveway, we lose the call. There are no trees within 30 or more yards of our home. The signal strength now is LTE. I have had Comcast Business Internet for over 5 years .and no issues (other than random) with that signal. It is strictly the Verizon cellphones.
I do have wifi calling turned on. Any suggestions?
We're sorry to hear about the service issues you are having. With Wi-Fi calling, a call cannot remain connected when connected via Wi-Fi and then switched to the Verizon network. The call will always disconnect. If you initiate a call while on Wi-Fi and lose the Wi-Fi connection, the call will be lost. Is this what is happening?
