message+ not receiving calls while on wifi network

Hello everyone. I have been using Message+ for verizon and have been able to receive phone calls through the app while only on a wifi service (no cellular network) for quite some time now. Is this not working for anyone else?

Messaging is a feature I use on my phone everyday so I know how important it is to ensure it's working correctly. When did you start experiencing difficulties? What make and model phone do you have? Did you make any recent changes to the app or phone such as install new software or third party apps when this started?

The iPhone 6S is certainly a great device! I want your apps and features to work properly at all times. Besides not being able to receive calls through the Verizon + app while on our network (not on WIFI) How is your data working with other apps? Are you not able to receive calls or is it that you are not able to simultaniously use the internet while using an app that uses data? Please confirm with us to provide the best resolution.

The other apps are working as is the Internet. It's just that I can't receive calls. I tested it and it goes straight to voicemail.

I want to ensure that you are able to use all the great feature your iPhone has to offer.  Let takes a closer look at your phone.  Let’s ensure your calling is enabled correctly.  Launch the VZ Messages+ app.  Tap Menu, then tap Calling and enable the feature. Keep us posted.

  iggy111, are you referring to W-Fi calling with the iPhone 6s Plus? If so based on Apple's own website it's not supported with that iPhone with Verizon.

Ok, good. Let me clarify how the Messages + app works. While you can make outgoing calls over wifi, the app does not accept incoming calls. There is good news.   noahs, Verizon iPhone 6s Plus doesn't even have a setting for Wi-Fi calling because it's not supported. So how are you making outgoing calls over Wi-Fi with it?
