iPhone 5 se stopped working, put the SIM card in the new iPhone 5 se and no contact information was transferred. What do I do now?
Was your contact info synced to your Apple ID or another account or your Verizon Cloud?

I’m sorry to learn that your iPhone stopped working and your contact information was not transferred with your SIM card to another phone, DESERTLILY1313. Contacts’ information is not stored in the phone SIM card. Your contacts’ information is synched from the iCloud (https://support.apple.com/icloud) if you have a back up copy of your contacts. You can also get contacts’ information from the Verizon Cloud (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-use-verizon-cloud/), if you use the Verizon Cloud instead of the iCloud.
