My iPhone 12 suddenly dropped to one bar and an indication of "congestion" 2 days ago, July 4, 2023. The rep told me I needed a stronger plan, I had the very basic, in order to be at the top of priority to get it fixed. He added the plan and told me to turn off the phone so it can reboot. I did and got 2 more bars. But that only lasted for a few minutes and then it went back down to one bar. Is there an actual fix for this other than selling me a premium plan? And why doesn't the premium plan do what I was told it would do? I love/hate technology.

I was told getting a better plan would help. So I got the new plane and it has done absolutely nothing. After I got the new plan  2 different reps called me and BOTH said the issues was due to congestion in my area. That other customers had reported the same issues as me but the only thing that will help will be to have a NEW TOWER!!!! And that that was years away. So Verizon keeps adding on new customers to an already overloaded network. Thank for making it worse.
