i ordered my phone July 25th and my phone never shipped, it said my address was incorrect but i ordered something the next day with the same address format and it shipped in the next 2 days. so i’ve been waiting on my phone for basically 2 weeks now

hey so i got the phone disconnected and got my refund, but its still saying i have to pay a $123 bill and i dont understand why since i never got the phone as well as me getting it disconnected
