os7 can't send email

Ever since loading the 7 upgrade I can't send emails from the phone. I can receive just fine, but outgoing settings aren't working even through they're identical to before.  Checked all the settings, wiped the settings and reloaded and re-started the phone all with no luck. HELP!

Hello sandras! Help is here, and I'm very eager to help you get your email going both to and from your iPhone. First, can you share who the email service provider is? I'd like to double check the incoming and outgoing server settings with you. Also, if you're seeing any error messages when trying to send, please share that as well. Thanks!
