All my out going calls ring once and go to voicemail on the number im calling. can send and receive texts as well as incoming calls. whats the deal??
Was your number ported to Verizon only within the past 1-2 days? If so, calls are going to be wonky until the port is fully completed, as I want to say outbound calls at least are going through your old carrier until the port is finalized.
If it is only one number which is always going to voicemail, perhaps that person has blocked your number or they are using do not disturb mode on their phone.
Amic78, thank you for sharing those details with us. We want to understand more so that we can better assist with your outgoing call concerns. Does this happen when calling out to any number or only a certain number? You shared that you are able to send and receive text without issue, does this include sending to/from the number/numbers that you are having issue calling out to?
