The backup message popped up and now my phone is locked up. I can't slide the white bar over and when I try to shut my phone off I can't slide the red bar over. HELP! What do I do!?
Hello mlyearick! My goodness, what an awful thing to happen with your 4s. Of course, it's my hope that this matter has been resolved since you posted. If not, please press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears on your display. That should reset your device to allow it to be used again.
