I'm trying to upgrade my phones (3 are eligible). When I try to purchase I'm getting a message saying my unlimited plan will automatically change to a 2 GB plan. I was on hold for over a half hour with Verizon. Has this happened to anyone else?
Are you still on the Nationwide Plan with grandfathered unlimited smartphone data plan feature on some or all of your lines?
