"Currently your device and email are not eligible to use for authentication" for My Verizon app

Hi,

When I turn on Two-factor authentication and try to log in to My Verizon app, the app says  "Currently your device and email are not eligible to use for authentication" . 

Also, when I try to log in to the Verizon website, there's no Two-factor authentication either.

Is there a way to fix this?

The security of your account is important to us. Your e-mail and device might not be eligible for two-factor authentication if there's been a recent device change or if the e-mail has been recently added. We'll send you a Private Note so we can gather more details.
