"Something Went Wrong" when trying to change limits on Verizon Smart Family

I have an Iphone 12 Pro and have set limits set on daughter's Iphone 8 during school hours.  It is spring break and when I try to go to the limits section of the app, I keep getting "Something Went Wrong - Please Try Again", to no avail.  Can't even open limits tab.  Location Alerts and Content Filters till work.  

Have tried restarting both phones.  No dice.  Need help asap.

We know how important it is for this feature to work correctly, cfranklinindc. Let's work on getting this resolved and get some additional details. Is the software on all the devices up to date? Is the Verizon Smart Family app to date?
