I am trying to find a serial number for an iPhone 6 that I used to own. We had problems with it and traded it in, but I need the serial number. I can't find it on any of my old bills. Is there anyway to get that serial number from Verizon? We bought it from them.
Good afternoon, STAC0426. We see that you need your serial number for your old device. We do not keep track of serial numbers. I recommend reaching out to Apple for this information. The only info we can view is the IMEI if it was active previously on your line. We apologize for any inconvenience.
