Service has been slow or I don't have any at all for the past week . It will not use data therefore i cannot use apps and i have to send text as Regular text messages instead of iMessage. turning phone off and back on doesn't work. nothing works. im not paying 107 a month for something that doesn't work. when this happens it shows i have 3-4 bars LTE but it acts like and keeps saying no internet connection. what do i do???

That is not a helpful answer. There are more than one unlimited plans available or retired used by current customers. Be specific about the name of your plan.

Not being able to use your service suddenly would have me worried too MANHAN48. We are always happy to help get things figured out. Since it's been a few days, have things improved? What zip code are you in? Please provide us with some additional details if you are still having issues.
