Is there a way to tether the iphone4s to a laptop on verizon?

Its called 3g mobile hotspot which is $20 a month for 2gigs and if u go over its $10 per gig. U teather by wifi to ur laptop or any device that has wifi. U can do uo to 5 devices at a time within certain feet of the hotspot.
