Unable to send text messages to Non I phone users.  "NOt Delivered" error msg pops up.

LVazB, assistance is here as we know how important it is to have the ability to send and receive text messages. A few days ago, Verizon Wireless experienced an outage but since this post was created, the outage has been resolved.
