I recently upgraded to an iphone 12 because my 6s could not send or recieve texts from any businesses or android phones. I have tried all the suggestions that are posted online but nothing works. I can not get texts from google either. Please help or I am sending this expensive piece of you know what back.

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone 14 pro. Sometimes I can text androids and sometimes I can't. I restart my phone and sometimes it fixes it and sometimes I just have to wait. I don't have the 5G in my upper righthand corner of my phone either. I've checked to make sure it's not blocked on the Verizon app and also made sure my SMS are enabled. This is so frustrating and Verizon phone reps have been no help.
