the new update

i have a iphone 5c and it just updated to the 7.0.3 or whatever and it trys to turn on but it gets to where the apple is the only thing i see and my phone isnt working, helpp!!!! im on call

If you just let it alone it will update completely and turn its self on and off a few times. Yes the little logo stays on the screen while it fully sets up. What happens is owners think its stuck or broken and start pushing phone buttons. Doing this screws up the update process. If left alone, you will get a Welcome screen in different languages. You then swip to compkete the set up process.

Humpday2013, don't panic! Help is here. Have you tried powering your device off/on and then attempting to update your device again?

This may be a memory capacity issue. I recommend that you uninstall any applications that you no longer want and delete unwanted text messages, call logs, and e-mails. Once you have removed this information, attempt to complete the update again. Keep us posted.
