Upgraded plan today. Got 15 pro max set up with primary and secondary numbers. Given instructions to turn off “find my” locator on old phone once on my home wi-if then delete everything, remove SIM card and ship back. Simple, they said. No worries, they said. BIG PROBLEM!! New phone now only recognizes “secondary” number. Tells me my phone number was transferred to the old iPhone 13 and is no longer usable on my 15 pro max. It is an inactive number. Please someone tell me this can be fixed easily so I can sleep tonight?!
