undo reporting text

hi - looking for help. How to undo reporting a number to spam? I use to use a number that is a square/reward account.  I did check it is not on blocked list.  Apple community discussions said this cant be fixed.

 

any suggestions!?

Hey there,

If you have reported the text message as spam/junk by hitting delete and opting for the “delete and report as junk” you may still be able to recover it by checking your deleted message folder and then recovering the text. 
it's also possible that if you have an earlier backup and don’t currently have messages toggled on in your iCloud backup settings. It’s possible you can retrieve the texts by restoring the phone to default and choosing the earlier backup or you could also use the setup as new iPhone and log into your iCloud account and go to your settings/cellular and toggle the messages on. I hope this helps.
