Good afternoon, ILYA3344, and thanks for reaching out about a device lock. We only lock Verizon branded devices, and you mentioned that this was purchased at the official store in Russia. Since we don't operate a network in Russia, we also wouldn't sell devices there. We recommend that you reach back out to the store where the iPhone was purchased for help.
