i just received my replacement phone and as i am setting it up it is asking for the verification code that was texted to it only problem is i can't receive codes because codes are coming to same phone i am trying to activate

why does Verizon always answer in private? If you have the answer for the problem you should share it so people with same problem can get it fixed. Or are you paid by how many people you have contacted and get paid for every customer? This same thing was going on years ago. I got banned for straying too far from the OP's issue, funny.... I was the original poster. Glad I looked at a few of these as I almost had hope I would get help. Ban me if you want, I won't be back anyways as I know what to expect.
