Long time Verizon customers. The wife and I upgraded to the 5s. The voicemail icon required us to stepped us through voicemail setup again. The wife and I both did so yesterday. Today the voice mail icon returns "Cannot Connect to Voicemail. Contact your service provider for assistance." *86 still functions. Any idea on what might have happened and the possible fix?
