when I tap the voice mail I con nothing happens. & my other problem is I don't know how to turn the screen. Thanks for helping me

I want to make sure you are able to retrieve your voicemails. Have you every been able to hear your voicemails on your iPhone? Are you having issues with any other icons on the device? What happens when dial *86? Keep us updated, we are here to help.
