When will Verizon offer WIFI calling for Iphone?

My educated guess will be March 21, 2016 when Apple releases iOS 9.3

Those with beta versions of iOS 9.3 are already getting and testing wifi calling on the iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S, and 6S Plus

Go ahead & install a free 3rd party Wi-Fi calling app now till Verizon brings it on line. I installed one as a back-up & it works great.
