How would we know that? This is a customer forum. There is a simple way to find you answer.....compare your current bill to the previous bill, and the bill before that. I bet you'll find the answer.
I came to ask the same question. I think to be more specific, the surcharges and fees keep increasing although I havent changed my plan or phones in 2 years. My bill is going up $2-3 every billing cycle and is now $20 more a month than it was 6 months ago. Is this the same issue you are having, OP? I would be curious if others are noticing this as well
