Hello All,

We just pushed the "Ask The Expert" component to production. You should all see it now.

JustinG offered to be the first one with "Using your own router with Fios" topic. Users will have the ability to add questions until October 16th and we will then close the thread and he will have until October 23rd to answer all the questions. If a question is something that should be moved to a different topic, Lawrence or Gary will move it.

I can't wait to see the participation we get. I would also like to ask you all to participate at least one time during the year. It would be great to share your subject matter expertise with the community at large.

Thank you for all you do for this awesome Community. I couldn't ask for a better group of CL Superstars!!! You are all so very wonderful and I'm thankful to each and every one of you.

Does only he have to answer the questions?

If that was not clear, different wording but with the same meaning: If we the CL know the answer to a question, can we answer it?

Please and thank you

Hello Theodore,

This is a great question. I would like to give the Expert the opportunity to answer the questions first. In the event he doesn't have the answer, then you can jump in.

What I would like from you and all the other CLs is to let me know what segment you would like to host so we can have each of you be the expert for the month.

Would you like to be our expert next month? If so, what would you like to cover?

Thank you again for your continued support and participation.

Nilsa

You are welcome and good idea. 🙂

I am not really an expert on anything Verizon, as I now no longer with Verizon services and I only have certain Verizon consumer equipment in storage around my house somewhere.

Good at portforwarding theory that is regardless of the ISP that the help-ie (person who needs help) is using and good at getting the DSL Status (as long there is a manual / user's guide / emulator / sample screen shots that I can look at) - if I say so myself.
