Absolute worst experience trying to buy some Airpods with 2 cards...

I was looking for some Airpod Pros (Gen 2) and I saw that Verizon has a deal on them.  And it has been such a terrible experience so far. I don't understand why this has been such a convoluted and difficult process to purchase an item.

I placed an order with online chat and I wanted to pay with 2 cards: the first one was a $100 prepaid visa card and the other was my credit card. my prepaid card got charged, but my credit card was not charged for the remaining balance so I am not sure the order was placed. The agent assured me it was processed and gave me an order #. When I tried to check on a status update because I never received a confirmation email or text, they said they could not find my information because they needed a location code, which was never given to me. I don't understand why you cannot find an order when I provide you with an order number??? I still have yet to receive a confirmation email (yes i've checked my junk email folder), or a location code, or any useful information on my issue. I still do not see the remaining balance on my credit card being processed in my bank account which makes me unconfident that the order was processed correctly. When I check my prepaid card balance, it is now $0 dollars as it was successfully charged...

I don't understand why no one can give me concrete information on my issue. 

Talking with an agent has been zero help
