AirPod(2nd gen) on us offer- I had added 4 wireless lines to my fios account in October. It shows I am eligible for AirPod on us offer now but I should be getting 4 AirPods in this offer since I added 4 lines.. tried to chat with the reps but they simply keep transferring me from one department to another. No rep has even heard about this offer. I donโt know what training has been given to these representatives!
