I have never been so frustrated before with the lack of care with Verizon until recently!!!! I placed an order a month ago for a pair of headphones and for some reason they were never delivered. I was never given a tracking or anything to help me keep track of my order. The only time I was given it was when the order was "delivered". I have spent hours contacting Verizon about this order. I could be on the phone for hours calling about a compensation they promised just to be lied to each time. I was promised compensation over a month ago but every single time I call, these agents only make tickets and say someone will reach out. Not once, has a person from Verizon cared to contact me. I have sat in chat ques being connected back and forth between agents like a TOY. I have called numerous times and was on the phone with Verizon for 3 hours at one point when they decided to hang up on me. Fedex tells me the order was lost and so does Verizon but no one cares to take responsibility upon themselves to help me. I have been contacting for a month now for hours each time to receive zero help. This is unacceptable from a company like this.
