Where do I get the rebate form for Beats Earbuds that were supposed to be free after rebate?

I was told that I would receive email instructions as well as notification in my account.

chatting with Verizon online says they see no such info on my account!

I would not have purchased without promotion!!

please help!

Purchased on 12/22 and I just saw on Verizon site that rebates expire after 30 days. 

why does Verizon make this such a painful process?

On December 22, I purchased Beats, iPhone 14 pro, iPad and Apple Watch.

The verizon promotion was “beats on us “ in conjunction with purchasing these devices. 

I was told I would receive an email about 10 days after purchase (as well ans a message in MyVerizon app)  informing me how to receive a Visa card from Verizon reimbursing the entire purchase price for the Beats.

NUMEROUS calls, hold times,  runarounds and texts are colossal wastes of my time and always fruitless. 

Will  social media be the only way to get attention to this aggravating  situation?

This is a slap in the face!!

I am complaining about lengthy times in hold with chat and customer “care”. I have spent HOURS getting the runaround and transferred calls, disconnections etc.  and your recommendation is to call customer care?!?! 

I cannot spend my life dealing with this aggravation

So what solutions do you have for everyone including myself on this forum who never got the rebate email.  CS knows nothing about the rebate and it apparently clueless.

I also have never received an email for my free beats. I called customer service and was told I have to wait 8 weeks to see if I get it before anyone can help me. However I keep reading the offer expires 30 days after purchase. Looks to me like no one is receiving the email so Verizon needs to figure out what’s going wrong. Offering a promotion and not honoring it is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard to get what we were told we would get. So I’m asking, what do we do to get the email? Calling customer service doesn’t help!

Message one of the customer support people on the thread to look into it. After months of no help it was the only way to get anything done. But in my case they commented on the thread and one named Kevin actually private messaged me. But you can try messaging them first.

Hello, I have had the same issue as the others. I chatted with support many times and even called support and called the rebate center. I never recieved any emails or any way to claim my rebate. I would appreciate some help.

No one seems to be able to help.  This is ridiculous and is starting to feel like an issue!!  Ive spent hours between phone calls and chats,  No one can get this done.

 

Please help!

Hello Verizon Customer Services,

I am return customer and I moved all my 4 lines from TMobile to Verizon. When I moved and bought new iPhones, I was told at your corporate store that iBeat pro is under promotion but I have to buy now and get a $200 VISA card in the mail in 8 weeks. I bought the iBeat pro on 11/25/2022. Still I haven't got my rebate card yet in the mail. Hope Verizon doesn't cheap its customer by a fake promotion. Please let me know how to get my rebate VISA card.

I am having the same issue! i bough two pairs of earbuds in november and am still waiting for a rebate. I called numerous times and nothing! this is beyond outrages at this point!
