I recently purchased a new phone and upgraded to add a new line and was told I would get a $200 gift card from Verizon. I made the purchase on September 8th. I have since received the phone and activated it and spoke with a representative on the phone saying I would receive an email providing me the information for the rebate within 5 days.  This was over a week ago and I have not received an email and I have no rebates available online. I can clearly see the gift card amount on my receipt, but have had no information shared about how to redeem it.

3 Enter the appropriate information:
  • Email address and confirmation
  • MDN assigned to the new home equipment (The customer can find this under Account Details on the My Verizon app or at vzw.com/myverizon.)
  • Confirmed MDN
  • First/Last Name

Submit the offer redemption within 60 days of activation.
