Please avoid Verizon at LA Koreatown at all cost and do not trust the customer care team.
I placed an online order of Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Headphones for pick up on 3/15 and got it 3/17. However, when I got home, I found out the tape has been riped off, no plastic cover is on the product, and there are finger prints on the product.
I later reached out to a customer service team member who assured me a replacement order is placed for me and all I need to do is to wait for the notification to pick up. However, when I walked into the store, I was informed that request is placed.
I then contacted the customer service again and was informed that the only way for exchange is through in store representative. So it’s all been a lie.
