Verizon error sending product for online purchase

Last week I bought Bose earbuds worth $190 and received some wired Apple earphones that only cost $20. Since then I have tried to fix their mistake and none of their agents have given me a solution, and one of them dared to say that I was lying because they didn't make those kinds of mistakes. Another one of them said that maybe I had ordered wrong, so it was my fault too. The truth is that they do not want to assume responsibility for their mistake.

What for? Verizon is a joke. If I call, they tell me that I have to go to a Verizon store. In the store, they tell me that I have to call. When I call, they tell me that I have to write to the chat. If I contact someone who speaks English, they tell me that I should speak to someone else in Spanish. When I speak to someone who is Spanish, they say that they should transfer the call to someone who speaks English. When I say that I only have internet service, oh I only serve cell phone customers, I have to transfer the call. You have made me waste 2 afternoons going to stores where they assure me that they will solve the problem.
