Does Verizon ever plan to offer a basic phone with 3G support, that works for prepaid? Well, on their regular, contract plans and phones, does voice use the 3G network, or 2G (Maybe even 1G)? I currently have a Samsung Intensity II phone, and coverage for it isn't great where I am. However, had a tech support guy here from cable the other day, and he had a smart phone, and his call NEVER dropped out. I want signal quality/reliability like that, but I only want to pay $50 a month, INCLUDING unlimited texting!
