I just bought a gusto 2 yesterday. I had my old number ported to Verison and that seemed to work as I can make calls and my friends say it's showing my old number. They can also call me BUT all incoming calls go straight to voicemail. I do not get a beep or sound or anything and I been through all the settings and cannot find a solution. I have dialed *73 and it still doesn't work.

Now, the truth is that the port process can take up to 24-48 hours before fully complete as your number is being transferred in from a different carrier. During this time, you may notice a situation like you're facing where you can make calls but can't receive them.
