***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. All incoming calls flag as "restricted"

My child recently came to me saying that all of his incoming calls say "restricted" including his contacted numbers. I tried contacting customer support and they guided me through disabling Smart Family Companion, but he messaged me saying the issue persists still. The Tech Support member told me Call Filter shouldn't cause this issue, so it was disregarded. This started around 2 or 3 months ago after he came to me saying the smart family along with a lot of other apps got reinstalled without his permission. Confused, I looked it up but nothing showed up. Then the restricted issue started appearing. Any fixes or solutions if you have any would be greatly appreciated. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy J3 V 3rd Generation
