No, YOU should determine that your plan covers international calling. That's common sense. I was offered an upgraded package w/AT&T. I like HBO, GUESS WHAT. I made sure to ASK the rep if the new package came with HBO. 'Twas super easy, saved me a lot of unnecessary whining and unhappiness. If you don't like VZW now because of your own mistake. Then by all means leave them and go bash the next carrier. Just make sure you inquire about international calling before you agree to anything. Wouldn't want you to get suckered into something you didn't ask for.
